Article 2—General Policies and Regulations
Part 3. Registered Organizations and Organization Fund
§ 2-314 Dormant Accounts
Any account in the Organization Fund assigned to an organization
that does not re-register for a period of at least four years will
be closed. Any funds in the account at the time of closure will
be transferred to the Organization Fund Administrative Account.
Each year, the income generated from the Administrative Account
(as stated in § 2-309(e)) shall be used to help cover the direct
expense of the fund operation. Excess interest will be retained
in the Administrative Account. Should such an organization then
re-register after its account has been closed, it may petition the
Organization Fund Advisory Board to have its funds re-established.
